Can I Continue To Make Contributions To My 401k?

I am approaching 70 in a few months. I filed for social security benefits at 66 and immediately suspended the benefits. I have no intention of retiring as long as I can do the work I love (and get paid well paid for). I know I have to start collecting at 70, can I continue to make payments to my 401k, increasing them to the max to offset the additional income. Can I continue to make catch-up contributions to my 401k? Does my strategy make sense?

How Can I Ask For SS Benefits Now?

how can I ask for SS benefits now. I want to get out of this
country due to being police harassed and treated badly by the very people who
are supposed to be protecting us. They have it on tape of me just walking
across the street after work and the police pulled over and lied and said I
walked crossed the street caddie corner like, now what kind of stuff is that.
I've worked all my life, 2 jobs even at the same time and I need that money
to get the heck out of here. I can see why so many Americans have escaped-

What Recourse Does My Father Have From Social Security Stopping His Benefits?

My father is 91 and has worked all his life since 1955 and retired in 1985. He is currently retired oversea and around 4 months ago he received a letter that SS has been trying to reach him via phone(of course it was the incorrect number) and that if he does not contact them to verify his credentials he would loose his benefits. We talked to SS but they asked for documents(naturalization papers) which I am not sure where they are, as my father is overseas it was a bit difficult to retrieve.

Will My Deceased Brother Receive A Payment For September?

My brother died on 9/28. Will he receive payment for Sept. We have already notified the bank so I know that the bank will send the money back but is he entitled to any money. He had no surviving children or spouse just brother and sister. We have some of his bills to pay. No estate or anything like that, he basically had nothing. Thank you in advance for your help and assistance.

Is My Mother Allowed To Receive Spousal Benefits?

I came upon your article - Does Deportation Disallow Collecting Benefits?.. which answered the question about my father.... deportees cannot be paid Social Security benefits unless they are re-admitted to the U.S. for permanent residency. However, my mother is a U.S. citizen (they are still legally married in the U.S. but he is remarried in the other country) and I wonder if she is allowed to receive spousal or other benefits?

Is It True That I Can't Get Spousal Benefits Because My Part B Premium Amount Is Too High?

My wife and I both were born before 1/1/54. She filed for retirement benefits 2/1/18, when she was 66. I filed a restricted application 3/1/18 when I was 66 for a spousal benefit, leaving my personal benefit to grow until I turn 70. My wife was a teacher for most of her life and her did not contribute much to social security. I sought a 50% spousal benefit. At first social security was fine with this, but then then told me I can't have it because my Part B Premium (which includes IRMAA) exceeded the spousal benefit I would be receiving. Is this true?
Thank you,
