When Can I Draw Full Benefits And Still Work All I Want To?

when can i draw full benefits and still work all i want to

Hi,

Starting with the month you reach full retirement age (FRA), you can collect any Social Security benefits to which you're entitled regardless of how much you earn. A person's FRA depends on their year of birth, as explained on the following Social Security website: https://www.ssa.gov/planners/retire/retirechart.html.

Hi,

Congress has not authorized any changes to Social Security benefits in response to COVID-19, so if your friend received a payment of $200 from Social Security it has nothing to do with the current pandemic.

Will Social Security Recalculate My Benefit Rate If I Fix My 2016 Tax Obligation?

I retired 2016 officially at 62 years. I have enough credit in yearly estimates that Social Security used to send me of about $800. But I have yet to collect a penny yet. The letter I got is they cannot pay me because I was working 2016 and did not fill tax for that year. That was the only year I missed in over 25 years. So if I fix my 2016 tax obligation, are they going to recalculate my retirement from the year I retired or how are they going to calculate my retirement benefit.
