What Benefits Can I Receive?

What benefits can i receive

Hi. I'm sorry, but I have no idea. There are numerous types of Social Security benefits, such as retirement, disability, auxiliary (e.g. spousal, divorced spousal, child), and survivor benefits. Your eligibility for benefits would depend on a number of factors such as your age, work history, marital history, etc. Since I don't have any of that information I can't give you an answer.

Could I Possibly Lose My Disability Status And SSDI If I Apply For Survivor Benefits?

I was told by the Social Security Office today that if I request ex-spouse survival benefits, I would have to be re-qualifed for SSD which I have been receiving for over 5 years because I am not 60 & that I could possibly lose my disability status & SSDI... Is this true?
