Will social security offices open up again so my husband can go in person? We live in PA.

Hi. I'm sure that Social Security offices will reopen to the public at some point, but I don't have any inside knowledge on when that may happen. Frankly, though, I'm surprised that they haven't already reopened given the current state of affairs. My best guess would be that we'll see offices reopening at least partially within the next few months.
