I get my disability check from from the SSA
On the 4th Wednesday of the month for the last 4 years. This month with no warning and no reason on the third of the month. I like it better it fits my financial situation better. My worry is will it come this month on the 3rd or will I have to wait almost 2 months till the 4th Wednesday of the following month. If it's the latter I will miss my rent and basically starve to death.

Hi. Without access to your Social Security records I can't explain the apparent change in your payment date. Payment dates can sometimes change when a person files for benefits on a different account, such as when someone who is collecting survivor benefits applies for benefits on their own record. But, if that didn't happen in your case then I have no idea why your payment date might have changed. I would suggest calling Social Security to see what they can tell you.

By the way, if you're truly desperate for food, most cities have programs designed to provide meals for needy residents. You might want to try searching the internet for free meal providers in your area.
