I just went on line and sw that it stated I am not receiving benefits at this time. I know its due to earings in 2017. but it doesn't say when it will resume. last check received was 8/27/2018

Sorry, but there's no way for me to know what's going on in your case. If you've been receiving benefits and you've somehow received notice that they've been stopped, you should get a letter from Social Security explaining why your benefits are stopping and for how long. The letter would also explain your appeal rights if you disagree with Social Security's action.

If you haven't received a letter of explanation from Social Security, you may want to try calling or visiting them to find out what's happening in your case.
