What Form Does My Wife Need In Order To Apply For Permanent Disability?

my wife is 68 has fracture #3 T-spine anxiety and deprssion her Dr said to get forms to. Get perm disability what form is that

Hi. If your wife is age 68, then she can't qualify for Social Security disability (SSDI) benefits. SSDI benefits can only be paid up to when a person reaches full retirement age (FRA), at which time their SSDI benefits convert to regular Social Security retirement benefits.

People who are under FRA and want to apply for Social Security benefits can do so online at Social Security's website: https://www.ssa.gov/benefits/disability/.

Best, Jerry
