They should then be able to access your records and tell you why your benefits have been suspended, and what you need to do to get them reinstated.

If that doesn't work, you may want to contact the offices of either your U.S. congressional representative or one of your U.S. senators to see if they'll make an inquiry on your behalf to Social Security.
