66 years old, have 3 children under 8 years. Two get 100% of my Social Security money, the 3rd child was denied at local office. Should I have been denied any money from Socail Security?

If the child meets all of the factors for entitlement (https://www.ssa.gov/pubs/EN-05-10085.pdf), his or her claim should not have been denied. However, due to Social Security's family maximum, the total amount payable to the children would not have increased. Assuming that you filed an application for the child and submitted any required documentation, the child probably should have been approved, and the amount available to the children under your family maximum should have been changed from a 2-way split to a 3-way split.
