How Can I Get Back On SSI?

I had SSI years ago and got cut off because I didn't have medicine...I tried applying again got deniedHow can I get back on because I have metal pins in my right leg..my tibia bone was broke..I go to the doctor once a month and get medication but the pain don't go away.Is it ant way you can help me get back on.

Hi,

I don't know why your SSI (Supplemental Security Income) would stop because you didn't have medicine, but the only way to get back on is to reapply. For more information on the eligibility requirements and applying for benefits, refer to Social Security's website: https://www.ssa.gov/ssi/.
