Can You Tell Me How Much Social Security I Received Last Year?

Can you tell me how much social security I recv’d last year?. How much should I expect to receive this year? Something seems wrong to me. Last year I received
$300.00. Sorry to be so slow….thank you for your patience…

Hi. No, it wouldn't be possible to tell you how much you received last year without having access to your Social Security records. If you need to know how much Social Security you received in 2020, you'll need to contact Social Security to request a copy of form SSA-1099. You may be able to do that online, but if not you'll need to call Social Security. Instructions can be found on the following Social Security website: https://faq.ssa.gov/en-us/Topic/article/KA-01723.

Best, Jerry
