Can I Receive More For My Spinal Cord Injury?

When I was approved for disability they raided me on my RSD on my right leg because I had no idea I had a spinal cord injury because the doctor that caused my spinal cord injury never put it in my medical records and I didn't find out for a couple years later I wanted to know if I could receive more for my spinal cord injury or even hold my doctor doctor responsible for withholding critical information out of my medical records.

Is there any possible way that the doctor Dr seminar who kept out that I had a spinal cord injury due to him putting a morphine pump in my stomach and the port grew into my spinal cord and he never let the doctor that I saw next know this so I didn't know I had a spinal cord injury for a couple years and he also gave me spinal meningitis because of the poor growing into my spinal cord and this doctor refuses to give me my medical records.

Hi. I'm only able to answer questions about Social Security benefits. Your Social Security disability (SSDI) benefit rate is based on your earnings history, not on the type or severity of your disability. Therefore, having an additional impairment wouldn't make you eligible for a higher benefit rate.

Best, Jerry
