I’m currently receiving Sadi and long term disability. Will I lose my disability benefits if I rent my home to someone on section 8?

Hi. I assume you meant to type SSDI, which is the abbreviation for Social Security disability benefits. Renting your home to someone wouldn't have any effect on your SSDI benefits regardless of who you rent to. Long term disability is private insurance, not Social Security, so I can't tell you whether or not those benefits might be affected.
