I apply and was approved for an insurance through the DHS andI am. Suppose to be reimbursement for the money I pay every month and the patmenta are ro being withdraw ed from my check every month the DHS and Social Security both agree but they don't know who issupposed to correct it the problem.

Hi. I wish I had an answer for you but I'm not sure what the problem is. If you are having Part B Medicare premiums deducted from your benefit payments, the only way that withholding will stop is if someone else pays your premiums for you. If DHS is supposed to be doing that, then they need to take the appropriate steps to pay the premiums.

If Part D Medicare premiums are being withheld from your Social Security benefits, that's done by the insurance company that you have your Part D insurance with. You would need to tell your Part D insurance company to stop withholding your premiums from your Social Security payments.
