What Rights Do I Have If My Request For Withdrawal Of My Application Isn't Approved?
Hi, I had applied for Ssi benefits about a week ago, and then decided I didn't want to go through process so, I sent in the request for withdrawal of application form ssa-521. If request in not approved , but denied what can I do? What are my rights?
Hi. If your withdrawal request is disallowed by Social Security you would have appeal rights. The full appeal process is described in the following Social Security publication: https://www.ssa.gov/pubs/EN-05-10058.pdf.
