How Do I Refuse Part B Medicare Coverage?

I started my social security at 62,and will be turning 65 soon.... I do not want option B ,do they take it out automatically without me wanting it....all ready have Government insurance and VA insurance, so do not want Plan B . Do I have to inform them of such ?

Hi. Since you're receiving Social Security benefits, you should automatically receive a Medicare card a few months before you turn 65. Part B enrollment is automatically included, but there will be instructions included with your card that tells you what actions to take if you want to decline Part B coverage.

Best, Jerry
