Am I allowed to claim part my x-wife social security she was she her birthday was 3/31/ 1952.

Some of your question got cut off, so I'll assume that you're currently receiving reduced retirement benefits on your own record and that your ex-wife is still living.

If you are unmarried now, and were divorced from your ex-wife at least 2 years ago or she has already filed for her benefits, you could potentially be eligible for an excess divorced spousal benefit. However, her full retirement age benefit (PIA) would have to be more than twice the amount of your PIA in order for you to be eligible.
