Can I Draw Divorced Spousal Benefits Before My Ex Turns 62?

I am turning 62 before my ex. Married 20 years. Divorced now for over 10 years. Can I collect on his social security even though he has not reached 62??

Hi,

No you can't, unless he becomes eligible for disability benefits before he reaches age 62.

Best, Jerry
